Your mission

As part of the Sales and Marketing Department, your activity will consist in developing commercial relationship with Airlines, MRO, lessors and prospective/new Customers for the sales of products and services in the territory under your responsibilities.

Your tasks & accountabilities will be focused on:

  • Reaching Objectives of Turnover and Margin
  • Developing your vision of the market
  • Promoting License Products, DEDIENNE IP Products, DEDIENNE Support services
  • Planning and implementing intensive Customer’s visits (>50% of time) in accordance with marketing objectives

  • Advising and Recommend technical solutions to Customers
  • Ensuring Responsiveness to Customer’s RFQ

Votre mission

Technicien Mécanicien SAV

Poste basé au siège à Toulouse

Intégré à l’équipe SAV, vous assurez la coordination entre le SAV, les services internes et les sous-traitants. Vous avez un rôle à la fois technique et relationnel, afin de permettre d’atteindre un bon niveau de satisfaction client.

A ce titre quotidiennement, vous assistez les responsables techniques dans les tâches suivantes :

  • réception des outillages et enregistrement,

  • préparation des outillages pour l’expertise technique,

  • expertise technique suivant l’état général et la liasse de plans,

  • participation aux tâches de réparation,

  • montage et démontage (mécanique et hydraulique),

  • colisage et préparation des expéditions,

  • tests en charge sous un portique de test ou autre.

Les tâches confiées seront évolutives selon les compétences et la performance du candidat.

De formation BAC à BAC+2 en mécanique, vous avez une forte culture mécanique : lecture de plan, matières premières, usinage, métrologie, procédés spéciaux. Vous bénéficiez idéalement d’une expérience en montage d’outillages de maintenance aéronautique.

Des déplacements réguliers entre nos sites de production (Toulouse- Le Garric) et à l’étranger sont à prévoir. Enfin, un bon niveau d’anglais est un plus.

Assembly line worker / Production Department / Dedienne Aerospace Europe

In the framework of its development, the company is looking for an:

 Assembly line worker

Position located  in Toulouse, France

Reporting to the Production Manager, you carry out the fitting of necessary assemblies or subassemblies for the good working of the products, in compliance with technical and commercial objectives, regulatory requirements of our customers and our company.

As such, your tasks are to:

  • Make sure of the good preparation of the posts and the avaibility of the components and assemblies,
  • As from the fitting list, carry out the settling up and the adjustment of products, in compliance with the manufacturing files, quality standards,
  • Check the product by a visual and dimensional control with respect to the control plans,
  •  Fill in the manufacturing file, the technical documentation and the control documents,
  • Perform the fitting of the elements subject to qualification and perform validation tests,
  • Carry out the packaging of the products to make the traceability (labelling) and the storage on the appropriate trolleys.
  • You have a professional qualification in mechanical, or you have a three-years- experience which enabled you to learn the technical methodology, ideally in the metalworking industry.

Regulatory aeronautical trainings is required for this position.

Welder / Production Department / Dedienne Aerospace Europe

In the framework of its development, the company is looking for a :

Welder

Position located in Toulouse, France

Reporting to the Production Manager, you carry out the preparation, the assembly, the fitting and the check of the pieces necessary to the preparation of assembly or subassembly in compliance with the period, the range and by taking account of the requirements of our company and customers.

As such, your main role is to :

  • Make sure of the good preparation of the posts and the avaibility of the tools before the soldering, and adjust the soldering post consequently,
  • Check the products, make the validation tests,
  •  Make the waste sorting,
  • Check the product compliance by a visual control with respect to the manufacturing file,
  • Identify and isolate the non-compliances and make necessary corrections,
  • Carry out the packaging of the products to make the traceability (labelling) and the storage on the appropriate trolleys,
  • Perform maintenance regularly,
  • Check the good condition of machines and the avaibility of the consumables before each use.

You have a professional qualification in sheet metalwork or in industrial painting, or you have an experience which enabled you to learn the technical methodology, ideally in the metalworking industry.

Regulatory aeronautical trainings is required for this position.

Industrial Purchaser / Purchasing Department / Dedienne Aerospace Europe

In the framework of its development, the company is looking for an:

Industrial Purchaser

Position located in Toulouse, France

Reporting to the Purchaser Manager, you take in charge the purchasing strategy and you guarantee the availability of industrial equipment by buying mechanical subcontracting products on the best terms, by taking account of technical and performance objectives and of regulatory requirements linked to the company and to our customers.

As such, your tasks are to:

  • Negotiate the prices and the deadline with the suppliers, draw up the purchase orders necessary to the manufactured products
  • Maximize the products quality-cost ratio considering quality standards, industrial processes, necessary quantities, sources of supply…
  • Take care of purchases, the management of the supplier relationship (drafting tenders, proposition, negotiating purchasing contracts), and this in agreement with the annual policy,
  • Follow-up all the deals (prices updating, budget file per deal, differences analysis…) and fill in the ERP and internal documents
  • Conduct internal and external audits in order to make sure of the respect of quality requirement and to guarantee the accomplishment of customer requirements
  • Negotiate the supply modes which correspond with the system requirement
  • Follow-up the non-compliance and identify its causes (process and mode) and pass the information on the quality department.
  • Manage internal and external relationships (customers and suppliers), inform and support all the departments on their activities

Engineer with a specialism in purchasing or with a commercial training, you have a first experience in industrial sector. You have good negotiation and adaptation skills, you love working in team in an international context in full growth. You are able to analyze, exploit the technical documentation: read and interpret a plan, a manufacturing file and a specification.

Your English level is fluent for this position.

Milling Machine Operator / Production Department / Dedienne Aerospace Europe

In the framework of its development, the company is looking for an:

 

Milling machine operator

Position located in Toulouse, France

Reporting to Production Manager, you produce pieces on machine tools following digital milling process. You also probably work on the horizontal wood-turning machine.

As such, your tasks are to:

  • Make sure of the cleanliness of the machines, the avaibility of the components and assemblies,
  • Define the parameters of the machine in optimization logic of time and processing cycles,
  • Check the fitting and the state of the tools (checking cuts edges),
  • Validate the ISO program and carry out the modifications following an evolution of the indication or the product,
  • Carry out the machining of pieces and make sure of the good proceedings of the machining operations,
  • Carry out the packaging of the products to follow the traceability,
  • Check the product compliance by a visual and dimensional control with respect to the manufacturing file,
  • identify and isolate the non-compliances,
  • Check the good condition of machines and the avaibility of the consumables.

You have a A-level in machining or you have at least a 5-years professional experience which enabled you to learn the programming methodology, the management and the optimization of a machining center, ideally in the metalworking industry.

Warehouse Controller / Operation Department / Dedienne Aerospace Singapore

Role Summary:

The Warehouse Controller primary role is to facilitate the warehouse and logistics operations.

The position will actively participate discussions across departments, Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering / Customer Support, to review, implement or modify procedures, ensuring organisation of storage and timely deliverance on highest quality of products.

The position plays the role in maintaining an organised storage and timely deliverance of Dedienne Aerospace’s products, therefore critical in upholding its brand and principles.

Principal Responsibilities and Activities:

Warehouse and Logistics Operations:

  • Verifying, by visual and technical inspection, all incoming goods in accordance to purchase order specifications and conformance with refining practices which requires positive material identification, testing and measuring, etc.
  • Tagging all incoming material required for inspection and locating
  • Locating all incoming stock and non-stock material to appropriate bin locations or specified storage areas after receipt verification
  • Determining methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering commodity, dimension and weight limit, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space
  • Pick requested stock material via electronic pick lists or verbal, emergency requests and delivering to specified areas manually, in accordance to weight/body limitations, order picker, or forklift
  • Pack stock and non-stock material in accordance to specified procedures in preparation of shipping
  • Shipping out material or non-conformance receipts via vendor trucks, air/sea/land freight in accordance with specified procedures
  • Stock taking in accordance with specified area procedures to assure accurate inventories
  • Compiling reports based on discrepancies due to shortages, overages, damages, or system inaccuracies
  • Requisitioning warehouse stock material or non-stock related inventory items periodically

Cross Departmental Liaison:

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering / Customer Support on improvement to timely deliverance and stocking of products, processes and procedures
  • Ensure products leaving the facility is in line with Dedienne Aerospace’s standards and meeting customers’ requirements
  • Actively participate in regular meetings with to ensure maximisation of cross department discussions

Work Site and Reporting:

  • No travelling required except for training/auditing purposes (Maximum twice annually)
  • Incumbent to be situated in the Singapore facility
  • Ability to write reports on discrepancies due to shortages, overages, damages, or system inaccuracies
  • Ability to write or improve process flow reports on warehouse and logistics operations
