Maintenance Coordinator – Industrialisation (H/F)
Office based in Toulouse

Within the Service Supply Chain, under the responsibility of the Director of Operations, you study the ways of improving, modernizing or putting in conformity of the device of production and you are responsible for the maintenance of buildings. You are led to design more adapted methods of industrialization and to optimize the process of production.

For that purpose, you handle of:

  • Bringing an operational support to all the internal departments to guarantee the conformity of the installations

Linked to the Production Manager, you make the preparation, the test assembly, the adjustment, the weld of machine components welded necessary for the constitution of sets or subsets according to the deadlines and the range.

In this capacity, daily you have to:

  • Estimate the successful preparation of the posts and the provision of ways (tools, equipment, templates…)
  • Insure the preparation and the positioning (preparation of pieces) before welding and adjust the post of weld as a consequence,
  • Check and make the regulation and the configuration of the posts and make modifications in a logic of optimization of times,
  • Realize the checking and the tests of validation,

  • Ensure the visual control according to the file of manufacturing,

Reporting to the Purchaser Manager, you take in charge the purchasing strategy and you guarantee the availability of industrial equipment by buying mechanical subcontracting products on the best terms, by taking account of technical and performance objectives and of regulatory requirements linked to the company and to our customers.

As such, your main role is to

  • Negotiate the prices and the deadline with the suppliers, draw up the purchase orders necessary to the manufactured products
  • Maximize the products quality-cost ratio considering quality standards, industrial processes, necessary quantities, sources of supply…
  • Take care of purchases, the management of the supplier relationship (drafting tenders, proposition, negotiating purchasing contracts), and this in agreement with the annual policy,

The Laser Stripping and Paint Technician position will need to have prior experience sand/LASER blasting, and painting with paint sprayer you will handle the complete painting process from sand/laser blasting to painting for turbofan engine stands,

In this position, you will abrade surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, using abrasive-blasting and /or laser equipment, and paint with paint sprayer in a paint booth.

Essential Functions

Within the Customer Services department, under the local supervision of DEDIENNE UK OPERATIONS Director, and the global management of Customer services director in Toulouse, you ensure technical coordination between Customer Services, the internal services, and customers. You have a role both technical and relational, to achieve a good level of customer satisfaction.

Daily, you are assessed to do the following tasks:

– Reception and registration of toolings to be serviced.

– Technical expertise and assessment according to drawings and technical specifications.

– Repairs, servicing, load test and calibrations.

Poste et missions :

Rattaché au Responsable du bureau d’études et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et les clients, vous participez à la définition et au développement de notre gamme de produits propres ou de nos produits clients en petite série.

Vous êtes ainsi amené à :

  • réaliser des études de faisabilité technico-économique de conception des produits selon le cahier des charges,
  • suivre le développement des nouveaux produits d’un périmètre défini (objectifs QCD…),
  • valider les maquettes d’entrée et de sortie en garantissant la viabilité technique et l’optimisation des coûts définis dans la documentation existante,
  • réaliser des plans clients et nomenclatures associées au plan,
  • réaliser en intégrant les calculs, le plan d’ensemble d’un projet mécanique les liasses de plans et le dossier études à partir d’un cahier des charges ou pré-études,
  • réaliser des calculs analytiques de pré dimensionnement et de dimensionnement,

Profil :

BAC+2/3 en génie mécanique option conception ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une première expérience en conception mécanique idéalement dans l’outillage industriel ainsi que d’une bonne maitrise des outils Dassault System CATIA V5 et Siemens NX (Unigraphics).

Une forte culture mécanique est nécessaire à ce poste : connaissances des principes de cotation, des technologies en mécanique, des matériaux et des techniques d’analyse de la valeur… .  Un niveau d’anglais technique est nécessaire à ce poste.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) programme Rolls-Royce rattaché(e) au service Commercial de l’entreprise.

Mission :

Intégré(e) au Pôle Rolls-Royce, vous contribuez en tant que stagiaire à l’optimisation de nos processus et de nos ventes en interaction forte avec l’équipe.

Pour cela, vous participez à l’activité quotidienne du service et vous assurez :

  • La réception des appels d’offres clients et des demandes inter-filiales et participez à l’élaboration d’offres commerciales,
  • Le suivi et la relance des devis,
  • La création d’indicateurs de performance Client pour le pilotage du programme,
  • La création d’indicateurs de performance interne DEDIENNE pour la publication hebdomadaire d’un dashboard,
  • La création de catalogues de Prix pour les Programmes TRENT XWB, TRENT 1000, Trent 700,
  • La promotion de l’offre commerciale de l’entreprise en accord avec la stratégie commerciale (organiser et assurer la participation de l’entreprise à divers salons professionnels, utiliser et développer les outils de communication appropriés, etc.).

Profil :

Etudiant(e) en BAC+2 à BAC+4 en commerce, gestion ou LEA, vous possédez de fortes aptitudes commerciales et relationnelles. Vous connaissez les principes de l’établissement d’un devis ainsi que les techniques de négociation et de communication. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les logiciels bureautiques de MS Office (Excel et Powerpoint) et possédez un niveau d’anglais courant.

Acheteur Industriel
Poste basé au siège à Toulouse

Rattaché au Directeur Achats, vous assurez la maitrise de la stratégie achats et garantissez la mise à disposition des équipements industriels par l’achat de produits de sous-traitance mécanique aux meilleures conditions en tenant compte des objectifs techniques et commerciaux et des exigences normatives, réglementaires liées à l’entreprise et à nos clients.

A ce titre, vos missions consistent à :

  • négocier les prix et délais avec les fournisseurs, élaborer et rédiger les commandes d’achats nécessaires à la réalisation des produits.
  • optimiser le rapport qualité-coût des produits compte tenu des normes de qualité, des procédés de fabrication, des quantités nécessaires, des modes d’approvisionnement,
  • assurer le suivi de la gestion des affaires (mise à jour des prix, fichier de budget par affaire, analyse des écarts…) et renseigner l’ERP et documents internes en conséquence,
  • assurer les achats, la gestion et la relation des fournisseurs (rédaction des appels d’offres, proposition, négociation des contrats d’achats, et ce en accord avec la politique définie annuellement,
  • assurer les opérations de sourcing et de veille fournisseurs.
  • animer les audits fournisseurs pour assurer la qualification de ce dernier ainsi que le respect des exigences qualité et garantir la bonne exécution des exigences clients,
  • négocier les moyens d’obtention de la qualité correspondant aux exigences du système,
  • assurer la relation en interne ou en externe (clients ou fournisseurs), informer et assister l’ensemble les services dans le cadre de ses activités en fonction des dispositions à appliquer.

BAC+5, ingénieur avec une spécialité achats ou de formation commerce, vous avez une première expérience dans l’industrie en achats. Doté de fortes capacités de négociation et d’adaptation, vous aimez travailler en équipe dans un contexte international en forte croissance. Vous êtes en mesure d’analyser, d’exploiter la documentation technique : lire et interpréter un plan, un dossier de fabrication et un cahier des charges. Votre niveau d’anglais est courant pour ce poste.

Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer sur les différents sites clients, fournisseurs et entreprise.
