In the framework of its development, the company is looking for a :

Welder

Position located in Toulouse, France

Reporting to the Production Manager, you carry out the preparation, the assembly, the fitting and the check of the pieces necessary to the preparation of assembly or subassembly in compliance with the period, the range and by taking account of the requirements of our company and customers.

As such, your main role is to :

  • Make sure of the good preparation of the posts and the avaibility of the tools before the soldering, and adjust the soldering post consequently,
  • Check the products, make the validation tests,
  •  Make the waste sorting,
  • Check the product compliance by a visual control with respect to the manufacturing file,
  • Identify and isolate the non-compliances and make necessary corrections,
  • Carry out the packaging of the products to make the traceability (labelling) and the storage on the appropriate trolleys,
  • Perform maintenance regularly,
  • Check the good condition of machines and the avaibility of the consumables before each use.

You have a professional qualification in sheet metalwork or in industrial painting, or you have an experience which enabled you to learn the technical methodology, ideally in the metalworking industry.

Regulatory aeronautical trainings is required for this position.

Your mission

Your mission consists in organizing, coordinating and planning the production plan on a dedicated part of toolings.

In this respect, and in close collaboration with the Scheduling Manager to whom you are functionally linked, you are in charge of implementing the short-term production schedule by integrating quality, cost and time constraints, after evaluating the tasks and ensuring that it is properly executed.

As such, your main role is focus on:

– Following-up the production and update the schedule

– optimizing the lead-time and use of the means of production by minimizing costs,

– coordinating flows,

– setting up management procedures (elements materializing the forecasting and monitoring of achievements),

– proposing, possibly, outsourcing solutions for production or organization.

You analyze and make sure that production capacities match the workload over a short-term horizon.

Finally, you actively follow up the supply of items related to purchasers and their assignments: parts tracking, short-term analysis, servitude request for parts, and processing of non-compliant parts.

Bachelor degree ideally in mechanics, you have consolidated bases in reading plan. Knowledge in machining, welding, assembly, scheduling, supply and inventory management is appreciated. Votre mission

Dans le cadre de la forte croissance de l’entreprise, vous avez pour mission d’organiser, de coordonner et de programmer le plan de production sur une partie de nos outillages.

A ce titre et en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Ordonnancement auquel vous êtes rattaché fonctionnellement, vous établissez le planning de production à court terme en intégrant les contraintes qualité, coûts, délais,  après évaluation des tâches et vous vous assurez de sa bonne exécution.

Vous serez amené à :

  • effectuer le suivi de la production et la mise à jour du planning,
  • optimiser les délais de réalisation et l’utilisation des moyens de production en minimisant les coûts,

The Laser Stripping and Paint Technician position will need to have prior experience sand/LASER blasting, and painting with paint sprayer you will handle the complete painting process from sand/laser blasting to painting for turbofan engine stands,

In this position, you will abrade surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, using abrasive-blasting and /or laser equipment, and paint with paint sprayer in a paint booth.

Essential Functions

1. Cleans and prepares surface for painting, using laser and/or air-powered sandblasting equipment.

2. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.

3. Applies paper and masking tape to protect unpainted surfaces, such as machined or coupling surfaces trim.

4. Works on several projects at one time.

5. Stencils lettering and other identifying information according to specifications.

6. Selects paint according to customer color scheme and specifications.

7. Stirs paint, pours paint into spray container, and applies primer or finish coat of paint, using spray gun

8. Paints areas inaccessible to spray gun, using paint brush and/or paint roller

9. Disassembles paint and sandblasting equipment and cleans equipment, using solvent, wire brushes, and dry cloth.

The industrial performance for high quality products as well as a perfect support to Customers will build the success of Dedienne Aerospace. The Latin America Sales Manager position will need to have prior aviation industry sales experience to be considered for this role.

This position is responsible for the sale of the organization’s products For Latin America and provides ongoing support to product distribution channel.

Essential Functions

1. Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

2. Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.

3. Identify and develop new business opportunities.

4. Regular interface with customer regarding major requests and/or issues.

5. Travel to customer site as needed.

6. Ensures internal communication/cooperation is achieved.

7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

8. Works on several projects at one time.

9. Answers questions from customers and handles complaints.

10. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Travel

This position requires up to 50% travel. Frequent travel is outside the local area and overnight to include international travel.

Required Education and Experience

1. At least three years of field sales experience.

2. Associates degree.

3. Advanced training in sales techniques.
