Your mission

As part of the Sales and Marketing Department, your activity will consist in developing commercial relationship with Airlines, MRO, lessors and prospective/new Customers for the sales of products and services in the territory under your responsibilities.

Your tasks & accountabilities will be focused on:

  • Reaching Objectives of Turnover and Margin
  • Developing your vision of the market
  • Promoting License Products, DEDIENNE IP Products, DEDIENNE Support services
  • Planning and implementing intensive Customer’s visits (>50% of time) in accordance with marketing objectives
  • Listening to Customer’s expectations and obtain Customer satisfaction
  • Advising and Recommend technical solutions to Customers
  • Ensuring Responsiveness to Customer’s RFQ
  • Proposing and implement sales strategy for the response to RFQ
  • Anticipating and monitoring Production schedule by using project management methods
  • Following Customer’s Orders completion and claim solving
  • Reporting of your sales activity and detailed Customer’s market situation
  • Ensuring on-time payment of invoices
  • Being liaise with our European office and internal stakeholders
  • Taking in charge any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Profile & Experience

You have a Master’s degree or a diploma in mechanical engineering ideally completed with a cycle in sales or in business administration. You have a first significant experience in industry. An experience in aerospace will be appreciated to. Challenge is your main motivation. You are a self-motivated business builder who can play in high-staked environment and manage risks and opportunities. You are the best in networking and trustworthy human contacts and relationship. Aviation is your passion, you like mechanical shop floor environments. Votre mission

Intégré au sein du département commercial, votre mission consiste à développer la relation commerciale avec les compagnies aériennes, MRO, lessors et nouveaux clients ou prospects, pour la vente de produits et services sur le territoire dont vous avez la charge.

A ce titre, vous avez les tâches et les responsabilités suivantes :

– atteindre les objectifs de prise de Commande et de marge commerciale,
– développer la vision du marché dont vous êtes en charge,
– promouvoir les produits de licence, les produits DEDIENNE, les services support,
– planifier et mettre en œuvre une présence intensive chez les clients (>50% du temps) en accord avec les objectifs marketing,
– être à l’écoute des attentes clients et rechercher leur satisfaction,
– conseiller et recommander les solutions techniques,
– répondre aux demandes et assurer les réponses aux clients,
– proposer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale dans le cadre des réponses aux appels d’offre,
– anticiper et contrôler le planning de production en utilisant des méthodes de gestion de projet,
– suivre l’avancement des commandes et des résolutions de réclamations client,
– rédiger les rapports d’activité et d’analyse de la situation marché,
– assurer les délais de paiement des factures,
– faire la liaison avec les acteurs clés de l’organisation interne,
– remplir les missions assignées par le responsable hiérarchique.

Profil et Expérience

Vous avez un niveau Master 2 ou un diplôme d’ingénieur en génie mécanique idéalement complété par un cycle en commerce ou management. Vous avez une expérience significative dans l’industrie idéalement dans l’aéronautique. Le challenge est votre principale motivation. 1 Welder / Production Department / Dedienne Aerospace Europe

In the framework of its development, the company is looking for a :

Welder

Position located in Toulouse, France

Reporting to the Production Manager, you carry out the preparation, the assembly, the fitting and the check of the pieces necessary to the preparation of assembly or subassembly in compliance with the period, the range and by taking account of the requirements of our company and customers.

As such, your main role is to :

  • Make sure of the good preparation of the posts and the avaibility of the tools before the soldering, and adjust the soldering post consequently,
  • Check the products, make the validation tests,
  •  Make the waste sorting,
  • Check the product compliance by a visual control with respect to the manufacturing file,
  • Identify and isolate the non-compliances and make necessary corrections,
  • Carry out the packaging of the products to make the traceability (labelling) and the storage on the appropriate trolleys,
  • Perform maintenance regularly,
  • Check the good condition of machines and the avaibility of the consumables before each use.

You have a professional qualification in sheet metalwork or in industrial painting, or you have an experience which enabled you to learn the technical methodology, ideally in the metalworking industry.

Regulatory aeronautical trainings is required for this position.
