Role and Tasks

Technicien Méthodes Support Achats – Poste basé au siège à Toulouse FR

Votre mission consiste à effectuer le support technique des fabrications externalisées auprès de fournisseurs dans le respect des règles et des méthodes de l’entreprise. Vous participez aux phases d’industrialisation, vous gérez les chiffrages, vous réalisez les gammes et nomenclatures, vous effectuez le support technique auprès des fournisseurs en charge de la fabrication et vous gérez les potentielles non-conformités issues de ces fabrications en lien avec l’acheteur en charge de l’affaire.

Vous êtes amené à :

  • Collecter les informations en vue de l’élaboration du cahier des charges et s’assurer de leur conformité (vérification des côtes, indices)
  • Etablir les chiffrages des produits et les saisir dans SAGE à partir des données techniques recueillies,
  • Rédiger les nomenclatures de fabrication des nouveaux produits et des gammes de fabrication en sous traitance,
  • Mettre à jour les documents existants,

  • Veiller à l’optimisation des outils intégrés dans SAGE et à l’intégrité les données d’entrée,

Sous la responsabilité du responsable Achats, vous travaillez en soutien aux équipes opérationnelles d’acheteurs, pour faciliter la réalisation des différentes étapes qui encadrent le processus achats. The Laser Stripping and Paint Technician position will need to have prior experience sand/LASER blasting, and painting with paint sprayer you will handle the complete painting process from sand/laser blasting to painting for turbofan engine stands,

In this position, you will abrade surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, using abrasive-blasting and /or laser equipment, and paint with paint sprayer in a paint booth.

Essential Functions

1. Cleans and prepares surface for painting, using laser and/or air-powered sandblasting equipment.

2. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.

5. Stencils lettering and other identifying information according to specifications.

6. Selects paint according to customer color scheme and specifications.

Your mission

The Warehouse Controller primary role is to facilitate the warehouse and logistics operations, also ensuring control over the quality of the products entering and leaving the premises. The position will actively participate discussions across departments, Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering / Customer Support, to review, implement or modify procedures, ensuring organisation of storage and timely deliverance on highest quality of products. The position plays the role in maintaining an organised storage and timely deliverance of Dedienne Aerospace’s products, therefore critical in upholding its brand and principles.

  • Verifying, by visual and technical inspection, all incoming goods in accordance to purchase order specifications and conformance with refining practices which requires positive material identification, testing and measuring, etc.
  • Tagging all incoming material required for inspection and locating
  • Locating all incoming stock and non-stock material to appropriate bin locations or specified storage areas after receipt verification
  • Determining methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering commodity, dimension and weight limit, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space
  • Pick requested stock material via electronic pick lists or verbal, emergency requests and delivering to specified areas manually, in accordance to weight/body limitations, order picker, or forklift
  • Packaging of stock and non-stock material in accordance to specified procedures in preparation of shipping
  • Shipping out material or non-conformance receipts via vendor trucks, air/sea/land freight in accordance with specified procedures
  • Stock taking in accordance with specified area procedures to assure accurate inventories
  • Compiling reports based on discrepancies due to shortages, overages, damages, or system inaccuracies
  • Requisitioning warehouse stock material or non-stock related inventory items periodically
  • Assist in the planning, implementation and improvement of the warehouse and logistics operations

Your mission

The Quality Inspector, under direction of supervision, will plan, set-up and utilise a wide range of inspection equipment (e.g. portable coordinate measuring machine), processes, procedures, and applications to inspect all types of parts, assemblies, tools and fixtures. The Quality Inspector will actively participate discussions across departments, Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering / Customer Support, to review, install or modify equipment and procedures, ensuring deliverance on highest quality of products. The position plays the role in maintaining the quality of Dedienne Aerospace’s products, therefore critical in upholding its brand and ethics.

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings/blueprints and measure parts in accordance to specifications determining product acceptability
  • Ability to visually and mechanically measure and inspect parts utilising inspection tools, i.e. Portable Coordinate Measuring Machine, OD & ID Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, Brinell Hardness Testing Machine, etc.
  • Ability to program and operate Portable Coordinate Measuring Machine to inspect parts received from suppliers
  • Conduct training for other inspectors on the operation of the Coordinate Measuring Equipment and/or other inspection tools
  • Ability to write reports on inspected parts
  • Upkeep condition and reliability of inspection tools to be optimal for usage
  • Work closely with VP Operations on the introduction/phase out of inspection tools
  • Ability to write reliability reports on inspection tools affecting inspection operations
