Permanent position

Reporting to the Engineering Director and working in close collaboration with our teams and the clients, you participate in the definition and development of our Dedienne product range or of our clients’ small series products.

As such, your main role is to:

  • Realize technical-economic feasibility studies of our products design in accordance with specifications,
  • Follow the development of new products,
  • Validate the entry and exit models while guaranteeing the technical viability and the costs optimization defined in the existing documentation,
  • Realize clients drawings and bills of materials associated with the drawing,
  • Realize by integrating analytical calculation, the global drawing of a mechanical project, the drawings files and the studies report from specifications or preliminary studies,
  • Realize analytical calculation of preliminary sizing and of sizing,
  • Organize the personal tests as well as the material tests and bring technical support to the teams present during the tests,
  • Ensure product evolutions by integrating the tests results, the product follow-up and the technical problems analysis,
  • Create the qualification files by using the relevant methods and tools,
  • Validate studies by guaranteeing the respect of the clients and the engineering department specifications,
  • Ensure the monitoring of ongoing projects, the studies progress (propositions or solutions),
  • Guarantee the tractability by listing them in the company’s ERP.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanics with ideally a specialization in engineering design or equivalent, you have a first experience in mechanical design ideally in the industrial tools environment. You have a good knowledge and experience with CATIA V5. A strong mechanical culture is required for this position: knowledge in rating principles, mechanical technologies, materials and value analysis techniques… A good technical English level is required for this position.

You have good communication skills and you are able to evolve in a dynamic and international environment, where team working is essential to be fully integrated in our company.

Votre mission

Au sein du Service Opérations, vous assurerez, sous la responsabilité du Référent Logistique et Transports, la gestion des importations et des exportations à l’international dans le respect des méthodes de l’entreprise et, ce dans un contexte évolutif.

Pour cela, vous êtes en charge :

  • d’éditer des documents d’expédition internes et externes,
  • de contacter les clients, les fournisseurs et les transitaires,
  • d’organiser et de suivre les transports de nos produits ou les produits fournisseurs à l’import/export,

Profil

As part of the Sales and Marketing Department, you lead sales of a new product range GSE Ground Support Equipment developed by Dedienne Aerospace.

You prospect and sale directly to Airlines companies and airport services in EUROPE, for the commercial aviation, the regional aviation and the business aviation.

You rely on the responsible of accounts clients, the sales and marketing department and you are in relation with the engineering department.

As such, your main tasks and accountabilities will be focused on:

  • Reaching objectives of order taking on the range of which you are responsible,
  • Reaching objectives of clients and prospects visits,
  • Getting clients’ needs and expectations on new product ranges and services in order to stimulate innovation,
  • Doing the user demonstrations for the tools use and maintenance,
  • Organizing clients visits tours,
  • Participating in the definition of the marketing plan and refine sales supports,

  • Make the dimensional control of the tools by following the manufacturing file;
  • Check the product conformity by doing a visual control following the manufacturing file;
  • Analyze the manufacturing file and the technical documentation by reading and interpreting a plan;
  • Check the implementation of the customer and normative requirements;
  • Interpret the observations, recognize the results, write and archive the inspection reports of the manufactured tools according to the internal and client requirements;
  • Ensure the product delivery on time;
  • Archive the reports and samples in compliance with the procedure;
  • Participate in the management of the non-compliance;
  • Might have to use measuring, control and TRIDIM tools.

You might also have to realize control missions directly in our subcontractors’ offices.

You are customer-orientated and your availability enables you to process the information in real time in order to fulfill internal and external demands. Some professional trips abroad in the suppliers’ offices are to be expected.

Your mission

Due to maternity leave, we are looking for a sales manager for 6 months. As part of the Asia Pacific branch, your activity will consist in developing commercial relationship with Airlines, MRO, lessors and prospective/new Customers for the sales of products and services in the territory of Asia Pacific.

Big autonomy is required as you will have to handle the clients and customers portfolio alone.

Your tasks & accountabilities will be focused on:

  • Reaching Objectives of Turnover and Margin

The Laser Stripping and Paint Technician position will need to have prior experience sand/LASER blasting, and painting with paint sprayer you will handle the complete painting process from sand/laser blasting to painting for turbofan engine stands,

In this position, you will abrade surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, using abrasive-blasting and /or laser equipment, and paint with paint sprayer in a paint booth.

Essential Functions

1. Cleans and prepares surface for painting, using laser and/or air-powered sandblasting equipment.

2. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.

5. Stencils lettering and other identifying information according to specifications.

6. Selects paint according to customer color scheme and specifications.

9. Disassembles paint and sandblasting equipment and cleans equipment, using solvent, wire brushes, and dry cloth.

Your mission

The Production Engineer, under direction of supervision, primary responsibility is the organisation’s production matters ensuring suppliers’ products/services are in good quality, delivery in full on time, achieve cost saving as well as support process improvement. The Production Engineer will actively participate discussions across departments, Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering / Customer Support, maintaining responsibility of timeliness and deliverance of highest quality of products. The position plays the role in maintaining the timely deliverance and quality of Dedienne Aerospace’s products while fulfilling cost savings, therefore critical in upholding its brand, ethics and business vision.

  • Read and interpret specifications and engineering drawings, work instructions, and procedure manuals.
