Under the hierarchical responsibility of the production manager and in close collaboration with the buyer production, you insure the follow-up of suppliers and subcontractors, the administrative management of purchases, contracts and the induction of the data in the ERP following the purchasing strategy. You participate through the purchaser delegation in purchases of previously negotiated products with an optimal way keeping in mind technical and commercial goals.

For that purpose, you handle of:

  • Preparing and following the administrative and operational management of the purchase/supply files,
  • Introducing supplier orders, the logistic and export documentation (transportation orders, customer invoices…),

Linked to the Production Manager, you make the preparation, the test assembly, the adjustment, the weld of machine components welded necessary for the constitution of sets or subsets according to the deadlines and the range.

In this capacity, daily you have to:

  • Estimate the successful preparation of the posts and the provision of ways (tools, equipment, templates…)
  • Insure the preparation and the positioning (preparation of pieces) before welding and adjust the post of weld as a consequence,

Quality Assurance Engineer
Position located in Toulouse

Reporting to the Quality manager, you improve, accompany and follow the Quality Safety and Environment (QSE) system management in order to schedule, coordinate actions and maintain the products and processes. You ensure the effectiveness, efficiency and coherence of QSE system according to the company’s rules and methods. Moreover, you improve, accompany and follow the quality procedures of the company and its subsidiaries abroad.

As such, you:

  • Establish, document and maintain an effective quality system in accordance with the applicable standards and customer demands,
  • Monitor process indicators to ensure the QSE follow-up,
  • Capitalize, formalize and list current practices and also potential opportunities and risks among internal and external players in order to optimize the QSE system,
  • Carry out internal audits in order to evaluate the QSE conformity
  • Set up corrective and preventive actions to ensure the return to compliance (dashboard, audit report, recommendations) for suppliers as well as for our suppliers.

In the framework of its development, the company is looking for a:

Reporting to the Purchaser Manager, you take in charge the purchasing strategy and you guarantee the availability of industrial equipment by buying mechanical subcontracting products on the best terms, by taking account of technical and performance objectives and of regulatory requirements linked to the company and to our customers.

As such, your main role is to

  • Negotiate the prices and the deadline with the suppliers, draw up the purchase orders necessary to the manufactured products
  • Maximize the products quality-cost ratio considering quality standards, industrial processes, necessary quantities, sources of supply…
  • Take care of purchases, the management of the supplier relationship (drafting tenders, proposition, negotiating purchasing contracts), and this in agreement with the annual policy,

Reporting to the Engineering Director and working in close collaboration with our teams and clients, you guarantee the smooth running of the studies. You ensure the management of studies from design to completion, the internal and external customer interface ensuring a compliance between our products and the technical, economic and calendar specifications in compliance with the rules and methods of the company: industrial performance, quality, safety, lean management…

As such, your main role is to:

  • creation of conformity matrix as per the specification work scope,
  • conduct pre dimensional stress calculation with the report to ensure pre-feasibility studies,
  • participate to the analysis of RFQ/TENDERS and technical solutions suggested,
  • evaluate and optimize the time and means to carry out each step of the project,
  • ensure to respect basic requirements such as cost optimization, technical feasibility, and imperative set out in the documentation,

You have a Master degree in mechanics with ideally a specialization in engineering design or equivalent, you have a first experience in the industrial tools environment.

Your mission

Due to maternity leave, we are looking for a sales manager for 6 months. The Laser Stripping and Paint Technician position will need to have prior experience sand/LASER blasting, and painting with paint sprayer you will handle the complete painting process from sand/laser blasting to painting for turbofan engine stands,

In this position, you will abrade surfaces of metal or hard-composition objects to remove adhering scale, sand, paint, tar, rust, and dirt, and to impart specified finish, using abrasive-blasting and /or laser equipment, and paint with paint sprayer in a paint booth.

Essential Functions

Your mission

The Production Engineer, under direction of supervision, primary responsibility is the organisation’s production matters ensuring suppliers’ products/services are in good quality, delivery in full on time, achieve cost saving as well as support process improvement. The Production Engineer will actively participate discussions across departments, Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering / Customer Support, maintaining responsibility of timeliness and deliverance of highest quality of products. The position plays the role in maintaining the timely deliverance and quality of Dedienne Aerospace’s products while fulfilling cost savings, therefore critical in upholding its brand, ethics and business vision.

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings/blueprints resolving production/quality matters
  • Maintain and uphold open and transparent processes in all procurement activities
  • Implementation of effective procurement process from sourcing of products/services up to ensuring prompt delivery by suppliers to the organisation
  • Ability to analyse consolidated data and perform non-biased supplier selection whilst fulfilling cost-saving, timely delivery and deliverance of high quality of products/services
  • Ability to deliver continuous cost saving through negotiation and process improvement outcomes
  • Effective sourcing and vendor management
  • Perform execution of procurement and pricing on system and documentation
  • Compilation of vendors’ information, capabilities, products and services
  • Create and edit SOPs, documents and reports contributing to the continuous improvement to the commercial and operations work flow processes
  • Liaise closely with Sales & Marketing / Supply Chain / Engineering / Customer Support on improvement to quality of products and services
  • In support of the Sales & Marketing team, ensure products and services are quoted in reasonable pricing and lead-time
  • Actively participate in regular meetings with Engineering Research & Development team, Sales Managers, Supply Chain Managers and Customer Support Managers to ensure maximisation of cross department discussions
  • Occasional business travel will be expected to fulfil the Production Engineer role

Profile & Experience 

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

And/Or at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Ability to interpret technical drawings/blueprints

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Your mission

The Quality Control Technician observes techniques and activities used to fulfill requirements inside the quality management system either variable control or attribute for materials, components and assemblies by performing the following duties:

  • Read and interpret specifications and engineering drawings, work instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Write routine inspection reports.
  • Understanding of CMM basics.
  • Disassembly and assembly of aeronautical tools for inspection purposes.
  • Knowledge of GD&T set tools.
  • Knowledge of manual product marking systems such as VIBRO PEEN and DOT PEEN and Automatic systems a plus.
