{"id":132286,"date":"2026-08-10T12:36:51","date_gmt":"2026-08-10T10:36:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dedienne.dev8\/job-offers\/program-manager-f-m-2\/"},"modified":"2026-08-10T12:36:51","modified_gmt":"2026-08-10T10:36:51","slug":"program-manager-f-m-2","status":"publish","type":"job-offers","link":"https:\/\/www.dedienne-aero.com\/cn\/job-offers\/program-manager-f-m-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Program Manager (F\/M)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\/\/\/\/\/\/ BACKROUND<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ReportingtotheProgramDirector,youwilloverseetheimplementationofbusinessdevelopmentandallassociatedoperationswithintheframeworkoftheGSEproductportfolioandcontractsignedwithaclient.Youwillcontributetodevelopingnewbusinessandprograms,optimizingexistingprograms,andapproachingnewmarkets.<\/p>\n<p>Youwillensurethecontractualparameters,commercial,andfinancialobjectivesoftheprogramaremetinaccordancewiththeoverallstrategyoftheDedienneAerospacegroup.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\/\/\/\/\/\/ JOBDESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your mission will include the following activities:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Define and consolidate the company&#8217;s Business Plan for the GSE product portfolio, participate in the definition of resource and investment plans forthe various sites involved in the programs, establish and monitor results forecasts and the profitability of the Programs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage the activities of the various internal departments and DedienneAerospace sites involved in the Program life cycle, according to the objectives and directions of the General Management.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develop direct customers Sales, influence decision-makers and prescribers of Customers, contribute to technical and financial responses to offer proposals and negotiations with the customers, define prices in cooperation with the Purchasing Department<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Lead the company&#8217;s sales force across all international markets and develop sales directly: definition and implementation of a sale strategy, update of communication support, preparation of sales materials, visits to major Customers, promotion of service quality.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Formulate suitable technical and commercial proposals, recommend the company&#8217;s products and services, participate in trainingactivities and in the improvement of the Program in the license agreement<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Study the market needs for the GSE tools, perform market analysis for each product range, define and implement cost and design work for existing product and find new product opportunities, leadthe industrialization plan and design modifications and monitor the profitability of manufacturing<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Establish and present indicators and reporting of industrial and economic performance (cost, time, quality) internally, analyze the results and recommend recommendations and action plans.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure the profitability of manufacturing, propose price changes with internal stakeholders, negotiate contractual changes with the OEM and\/or the After Market Customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate the processing of complaints and disputes with Customers and internal stakeholders, determine a solution and a commercial settlement, propose an escalation pointif necessary, lead and assist the DedienneAerospace teams according to the Quality and satisfaction objectives of the Program.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Measure customer and manufacturer satisfaction, and the company&#8217;s position on the supplier panel, and lead the continuous improvement action plan established according to the performance objectives set in the license agreement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\/\/\/\/\/\/ PROFILE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With a higher education background in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, you have continued your studies with a specialization in Business\/Project Management.
