su mission será include the following activities:
• Define y consolidate the empresa’s Business Plan para the OEM license contract, participate in the definition of resource y investment plans para the various sites involved in the programas, establish y monitor results forecasts y the profitability of the programas.
• Manage the activities of the various internal departments y Dedienne Aerospace sites involved in the Program life cycle, according a the objectives y directions of the General gestión.
• Develop direct OEM ventas within the framework of the Program, influence decision-makers y prescribers of clientes, contribute a técnico y financial responses a offer proposals y negotiations con the OEM’s, define prices in cooperation con the Purchasing Department
• Lead the empresa’s ventas force across todos internacional markets, develop ventas within the framework of the programas: preparation of ventas materials, visits a major clientes, promotion of servicio calidad.
• Study the Client’s necesidades within the framework of the Program, formulate suitable técnico y commercial proposals, recommend the empresa’s productos y servicios, participate in capacitación activities y in the improvement of the Program in the license acuerdo.
• Ensure compliance of contract operaciones, establish y present indicators y reporting of industrial y economic performance (cost, time, calidad) a the Client, analyze the results y recommend recommendations y action plans in consultation con the Client.
• Lead the industrialization plan y design modifications con the OEM y monitor the profitability of manufacturing, participate in the OEM’s qualification process y calidad audits, contribute a cliente calidad audits.
• Ensure the profitability of manufacturing, propose price changes con internal stakeholders, negotiate contractual changes con the OEM y/o the After Market clientes.
• Coordinate the processing of complaints y disputes con clientes y internal stakeholders, determine a solución y a commercial settlement, propose un escalation point if necessary, lead y assist the Dedienne Aerospace teams according a the calidad y satisfaction objectives of the Program.
• Measure cliente y manufacturer satisfaction, y the empresa’s position on the supplier panel, y lead the continuous improvement action plan established according a the performance objectives set in the license acuerdo.

con a higher education background in Mechanical o Manufacturing ingeniería, usted tener continued su studies con a specialization in Business/Project gestión. usted also tener en least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
