nosotros son seeking a proactive y detail-oriented Stores & Logistics Executive con 3–4 years experience (Preferably in aeroespacial & defensa / herramientas Industry) a manage warehouse operaciones, inventory control, y logistics coordination. The ideal candidate será tener hands-on experience in manipulación aeroespacial o herramientas components, along con exposure a forklift operaciones y ERP systems.
////// JOB DESCRIPTION
As un Stores & Logistics Executive su missions son as follows :
-Manage day-a-day store operaciones, including inward y outward material movement
-Ensure accurate inventory control y inventario reconciliation
-Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material inspection coordination, y documentation
-Maintain proper almacenamiento, preservation, y traceability of aeroespacial/herramientas components
-Coordinate con procurement, producción, y calidad teams para material availability
-Plan y execute dispatch activities, including packing, labeling, y shipment documentation
-Ensure compliance con seguridad standards y empresa procedures
-Operate y manage forklift activities para material manipulación (if certified)
-Maintain records in ERP systems (preferably SAGE o similar)
-soporte audits por maintaining proper documentation y traceability records
-Monitor y improve warehouse efficiency y space utilization

Diploma o Bachelor’s degree holder con valid forklift certification y practical operating experience, strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAGE), y proven exposure a aeroespacial & defensa o herramientas environments, con un understanding of shopfloor, stores, y logistics operaciones.
